Total making time: 25 minutes
2 knobs of ginger, 2 thumb sizes
4 pieces of fish
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for cooking
For the salad:
1 cup of alfalfa sprouts
1 cup of bean sprouts
1. Heat a fry pan with coconut oil. Place the fish in the fry pan. Cook until your liking.
2. While the fish is cooking, make the orange ginger sauce. Hand squeeze the orange into juice in a bowl. Dice the ginger and add it to the orange juice. Keep some ginger to sprinkle over the fish once it is done. Keep the pulp fiber from the orange as you will use that on the salad soon.
3. Prepare the salad by adding the sprouts to 4 plates. Chop the avocado and apple into slices and spread that to the four plates. Add the orange fiber.
4. Place the fish on the salad bed. Top with the orange ginger sauce and then sprinkle fresh ginger on each one. ENJOY!
