1 head of broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1. Put 2 cups of water into a large pot, along with the broccoli, garlic and the juice of one lemon (save a little bit of lemon for a fresh squeeze at the end.) This is a way to steam vegetables by putting water at the bottom and not covering the entire vegetable.
2. Bring the water to the boil, and cover the pot. Cook for 10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
3. Serve and squeeze with lemon!
