Total time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 people
4 cups water
1-inch fresh ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons chamomile tea
1. Add the ginger and chamomile to the water and bring to the boil. Pour into cups and drink when warm.
Tips:You can strain the tea from the ginger and chamomile so you don't have a chunky tea, or keep them there and chew on them during drinking the tea.
