Serves: 1-2 people
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1. Add all ingredient to a bowl and then use a fork to mash it all together. You can also use a blender like the VITAMIX which will make the mousse extremely smooth. Serve and enjoy!
