Makes: one large baking sheet, serves one
1. Remove the core including seeds from the pears.
2. Blend pears in food processor or vitamix until purée.
3. Place on baking sheet in dehydrator at 110f for 12 hours. Or place on baking paper on baking sheet in oven at 170f for 5 hours, or until not wetness but still moist enough to roll. You don't want it too dry.
4. Rollup! Or squish it into balls to make a candy alternative.
Tip: use any fruit you like!
