BOPA smoothie is sweet and full of nutrition. It’s a wonderful combination of Banana,Orange,Pear and Apple fruits, hence its name BOPA. It is a low calories drink, great for bone, teeth and muscle growth and development. It is abundant in vitamin C, vitamin B and A. It is an excellent antioxidant and immune booster. This smoothie is especially great for breastfeeding moms.
The BOPA smoothie is best for moms that have children that are picky eaters and don’t like fruits and vegetables. This smoothie will ensure that they get the nutrients they need on a daily basis. For children, I suggest putting in some yogurt or sugar-free ice cream to make it creamier.
Total Time: 7 minutes
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
2 cups of water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
1. Put all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
