"This is a traditional Mediterranean soup also known as “ShurbatAdas”. immune boosting ingredients such as onion, garlic, cilantro. It is highly nutritious; rich in fibre, protein, minerals and vitamins. It is great for weight loss and increase in energy levels. This soup which takes about 20 minutes to prepare reduces the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease. Total time: 20 minutes
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 can of organic lentils
Handful of cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt (add more/less if you like)
1 tablespoon of curry
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of black pepper
