Total time: 30 minutes
1 small onion finely chopped
½ carrot finely chopped
1 small green pepper finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of curry
1 teaspoon of dried red pepper (grounded)
2 tablespoon of olive oil
A handful of brown rice pasta boiled in 6 cups of cold water
1. Cook the pasta and add in all other ingredients.
2. Stir well.
For the pasta: Bring the water to a boil then add the pasta with a pitch of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil.
