Total Time: 20 minutes
1 Ibs of boneless skinless chicken breast.
1 large onion finely chopped
1 large field tomato finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of black ground pepper
1 tablespoon of chicken curry
1 cup of cold water
1. Sautee the olive olive oil and all the vegetables for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add the chicken breast and spices.
3. Sautee for about 5 mediums add the water and stir until the chicken is full cooked and tender.
4. Ready to serve!
