1. 1 can of organic red beans
2. 1 large juicy organic field tomato
3. 1 cup of cilantro
4. ¼ cup of organic coconut milk
5. 3 cloves of garlic diced
6. 1 medium white organic onion
7. 1 medium jalapeno pepper ( remove seeds if you don’t want it to be spicy)
8. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
9. 1 tablespoon of curry powder
10. 1 teaspoon of salt (add more or less as desired)
11. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
12. 3 tablespoons of organic ketchup
13. ½ cup of water
1. Finely chop the tomatoes, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno peppers
2. Wash the canned beans at least twice with warm water
3. Put ¾ of the canned beans into the blender with just about ¼ of water. Don’t make it too watery.
4. On low medium heat put the olive oil and all the ingredients in step 1.
5. Stir constantly until for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the thick bean mixture from the blender to the pan and stir
7. Add water until the consistency is to your desire.
8. Add the curry powder, salt, organic ketchup and black pepper and stir for 3 minutes.
9. It’s ready! Serve hot.
1. 4 Organic eggs ( white or brown)
2. Small white onion
3. 1 clove of garlic
4. I small tomato
5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
6. Pinch of salt and black pepper ( to your desire)
7. ¼ cup of cilantro
1. Sautee the onion, garlic, tomato, cilantro and olive oil on medium low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the pan.
3. Stir until eggs are fully cooked.
1. I tea bag (black)
2. 2 cardamom seeds
3. ½ tablespoon of coconut sugar
4. 2 tablespoons of skim milk
1. Boil water
2. Add tea bag, cardamom seeds, milk and sugar.
3. Stir until combined
4. Serve hot
