"The Earth Diet has saved my life in many ways and I use your recipes weekly (if not more!), but at times I do feel as though toxins are consuming my body and I don't know what to do. Just like Liana, I struggle with a junk food addiction, but I have placed a huge awareness on this lately in hopes to improve it. As a student in college, I believe this is the best time to educate myself on health because I have my whole life ahead of me to share this knowledge, just like you!
In the Detox talk from the summit, I deeply enjoyed the tip regarding mono-eating. I have been getting into mono-eating a lot lately (I had a cantalope for breakfast this morning, truly relaxing my stomach and nourishing my body!). Liana is always making simple recipes that many people can do, but simply plucking tomaotes from the garden and eating one food for a meal is the simplest of them all!
Of course, I also love the 3-day detox tip! When I do this each month, I am excited for the excess weight that I carry to drop away and for my mind to become much clearer! I love that you said: "When you're hungry, you just keep eating!" Whole foods only, of course!
I lived my life based on the rule: You can eat whatever you want as long as they are made with WHOLE ingredients. Thank you for taking the time to read through my response! The Earth Diet and Liana have truly lead me down a path towards holistic health and healing.
