Half head of kale (stems and all!) 3 Mint Sprigs (leaves and stems!) 1 Banana 1 tablespoon of Honey 1 Cup almond milk (or water) 4 ice cubes +ADD 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter or almond butter for extra protein and thickness!
