This recipe is dairy free, nutritional yeast is used instead of cheese.
Total making time: 45 minutes
Serves: 8 (one piece each)
1/4 cup coconut oil
8 chicken thighs (about 3.5 pounds total)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1. Massage the chicken thighs in coconut oil and place them in an oven dish.
2. Sprinkle nutritional yeast over the chicken.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 fahrenheit (204 celsius).
4. Let sit for 5 minutes and then serve.
