This recipe uses nutritional yeast in replacement for cheese!
Total making time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 people
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 can of beans 15oz/425g (organic and BPA free) - you can really choose any type of beans!
1 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Heat a fry pan with oil and add the onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes and then add the beans. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add the nutritional yeast and salt and stir fry for 2 minutes or until all flavors are well combined. Serve!
1. Serve with fresh cilantro and avocado!
2. You can use this bean recipes in soups or on salads!
