Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2 or more as a side
1/2 bunch of kale
1/2 package of alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup brown rice
1 avocado cubed
1/2 white onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar
salt to taste
1. Tear kale into smaller pieces and mix with brown rice and sprouts
2. Add in other ingredients and mix together by hand, but save the kale pieces for last
3. Put the kale on top and additional salt if needed
-Light and filling
-Partially raw, hybrid meal
-Healthy whole grains
