Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 1 or more as if it's a side
2 sweet potatoes
3 chopped cloves of garlic
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
salt to your liking
1. Heat oil in a large pot or pan
2. Add garlic and let it brown then add sweet potatoes
3. Cook on medium until tender then add other ingredients
4. Salt and enjoy
