"I love chia pudding. That's why I created this recipe. No, but really, I ate some not-so-healthy food the day before and wanted to aid my body in processing it out more efficiently. I love that nature provides foods that can aid our body's processes. Even better, chia can be made into a delicious pudding type thing that will take on whatever flavor you add to it. Chia has been known to bring out the flavor of other foods, so having it for breakfast can make your other meals of the day taste even better." -Salvatore, Earth Diet Health Mentor
