Total Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1/4 cup hemp seeds 
1 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
2-4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Benefits of Spirulina:
