Total time: 20 minutes
2 oz cacao powder
1 oz of cacao butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup coconut/palm sugar
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Two teaspoons flour (Gluten free rice flour if desired)
1. Preheat oven to 375 & melt cacao butter in sauce pan on low
2. Add cacao powder
3.Add palm sugar
4. Stir in coconut oil and beaten eggs
5. Stir and pour into either small cake molds or cupcake pan and bake for 5-8 minutes Stick a tooth pick in cakes and if nothing to very little sticks they are good to nomnom eat!!!
