Total time: less than 10 minutes to mix, 30 minutes to set
Makes 10-12 bites
1/2 cup of ground coarsely ground almonds
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
1/4 tablespoon real salt
1/4 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1. In a medium bowl, Mix the cacao powder and nibs with the ground almonds.
2. Add salt, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly together and place on top parchment paper.
3. You may form the bites however you like, but I suggest forming into round bites, squares, or logs! You can even roll it out and cut with cookie cutter :)
4. After you have chosen your shape, place in fridge for an 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
