1/4 raw cup almonds
1. Place in a bowl! Eat!
1. Blend the nuts into a nut meal. Massage the dates into your finger tips so they become soft and workable. Mix them with the nut meal and roll into balls for "Almond Date Balls". 2, Add 1 teaspoon cacao powder for "Chocolate Date Balls" 3, The roll them into coconut for "Coconut Almond Date Balls".
4. Add 2 cups of water for a "Sweet Almond Milk!"
