Pure Food and Wine's is a raw food restaurant in Manhattan, New York.
Their menu is entirely plant based and does not use any processed ingredients. Nothing is heated above 118 degrees in order to preserve vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Included on the menu are; salads, burgers, sushi, juices, shakes, wines, lasagna, ice cream, cookies, tarts and much more.

Pure Food and Wine was co-founded by chef/author and raw foodist Sarma Melngailis. Their kitchens are operated by chefs who are responsible for the creation of all the new and always changing, seasonal dishes and desserts.
