2 ripe Mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 Large Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 lime – squeeze the juice from it
1 tangerine (or mandarine or orange)– squeeze the juice from it
2 Teaspoons Extra Virign Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Cilantro Leaves/coriander
1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds.
1. In a bowl combine the lime, tangerine, olive oil, sesame seeds and cilantro.
2. Place the avocado and mango on a plate.
3. Pour the bowl dressing on top!
