Total Time: 5-10 minutes
1 cup water OR coconut water
1 apple (I like Pink Lady or other sweet-tart variety)
1 small whole lemon, peeled
1 scoop Organic Vegan protein powder (hemp, rice, pea)
2 Tablespoons flax seeds or flax meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small OR 1/2 large bunch parsley, washed
1. Add all ingredients to a blender such as the Vitamix and blend until smooth. Garnish with apple, lemon cinnamon as desired. Enjoy!
