In 2013 we ran an online survey for people who had tried at least 3 diets. The results showed that over 90% of dieters chose The Earth Diet as the best diet for weight loss.
This is no surprise to us, as living this lifestyle has us reduce our chemical intake, increase our nutrition, and eventually our body is restored to it's natural weight. The Earth Diet works for every type of eater, with any stage of health. It is all about getting high doses of daily nutrition to help lose the excess weight.
