Breakfast was at Juice Press. Had the cacao overnight oats with chia seeds and an aloe water, and 2 cacao hazelnut chocolate.

Morning snack was a green juice and more water. Also that’s 1 pound of fat, for patients who I work with so when they lose 1 pound they can be really happy with their progress, meaning 1 pound is a lot!

Lunch was the Guacamole Greens salad from Sweetgreen.

Afternoon snack was another cacao hazelnut chocolate.

Worked at Complete Wellness NYC all day today, seeing patients. I love this work! 12 hours later got home, had some macadamia nuts and a tablespoon of manuka honey. Now going to bed. Choosing a light dinner tonight!
