Breakfast was at Juice Press. Had the aloe water, with the cacao overnight oats and the cacao hazelnut bar.

Morning snack was another cacao overnight oats with chia seeds.

Lunch was at Sweetgreen, an amazing salad chain. Check out the line! Well worth it! I got the Guacamole Greens with greens, avocado, corn chips, chicken and lime dressing.

Afternoon snack was a green juice, cacao bar and popcorn from Juice Press.

Then went to Aveda for natural hair care.

Later afternoon snack was the Heavenly Organics chocolate peppermint patties.

Dinner I ordered on Postmates from Bareburger and got the grass-fed beef with gluten free bun, vegan cheese, sprouts, lettuce and their homemade ketchup. Also got fries cooked in non-gmo oil! Woo!

As you can see today was a bigger intake day, a lot of activity and the weather is cold. Exercise today was walking around NYC.
