Breakfast this morning was 16 Oz of fresh aloe juice (a great cleanse for the intestines, so refreshing, a good clean out and gives you hydrated glowing skin!) and some Jem Cashew Cardamon Almond Butter.
I traveled out to Greenport NY and when arrived had 3 packs of Yum Earth Gummy Bears. These are gluten free and made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup.
Then had a green tea and some simple mills chocolate chip cookies, made with almond flour, also gluten free and sweetened with coconut sugar.
For lunch I made a brand new recipe, can’t wait to share it with you guys soon on my Vitacost blog. It’s the Cauliflower Crust Pizza! I made 2 of them one dairy free with nutritional yeast, and one with organic cheese. Was so excited and pleasantly surprised how the crust came out!
Afternoon snack was some hazelnut chocolate and then some Hu Hunks, chocolate covered cashews.
Right before dinner I had some xxx green juice from the Giving Room.
For dinner I made a Whole Roasted Cauliflower with some lemon and herbs. And then some Rice Shaped Pasta (from Explore Cuisine, brand new product not out yet so experimenting with recipes) Risotto with some local scallops – first scallops of the season woo!
Dessert was 2 more chocolate chip cookies!
Exercise today was walking for 1.5 hours.
