Every Wednesday I work at Complete Wellness NYC as Health & Nutrition Coach. I love working there! And it’s a nice long 12 hour day so I always find myself needing more nourishment on Wednesday’s. On days when we output a lot of energy this can be expected!

So started the day with some caffeine aka chocolate, the Hu Kitchen Hazelnut Chocolate. Then went to Juice Press and had some Cacao Overnight Oats. I usually stock up for the day at Juice Press so I have quick grab healthy food for the day.

It was also Yossie (Front Desk Manager) birthday so I got her some goodies from Juice Press. Check out her birthday treats…

For a morning snack I had the chocolate chip cookies.

For lunch I ordered the Guacamole Greens salad from Sweetgreen.

Afternoon snack I had a green juice. I also drank aloe water and rose water.

My friend Lorena came into Complete Wellness and tried CRYO for the first time!

For dinner I ordered Hu Kitchen (also from Postmates) and got the 1/4 chicken, meatloaf and roasted broccoli! Their meat is also organic and grass-fed. Paleo food at its finest!
