– Being healthier gets easier and easier, it’s one day at a time, just keep attacking it, keeping committing and keep trying! It eventually becomes your natural state of being and just your way of life. Truly a dream come true. (By keep attacking it I mean keep drinking your green drink even if you don’t feel like it. Force it until it becomes your daily habit!)

Breakfast: Today started early! I fasted for 13 hours. Was aiming to do more but was super hungry at the airport so I ate the cacao hazelnut chocolate I got from Juice Press and the organic mango Peeled Snacks I bought at the airport. Wow, I was amazed at all the organic non-GMO options at the airport! How much easier it’s getting to be healthy because we are surrounded by great choices! It’s been 10 years since I started this journey and I can tell you it’s certainly getting easier, we have healthy choices everywhere!

Lunch: on the plane I had some organic baked peas, also bought from the airport. The same brand as the mango from “Peeled”. Loving this company and their food!

I also had a bag of Terra non-GMO chips that Jet Blue provided us with – wow see another example! The airline is offering us a non-GMO snack. This is truly a dream come true!

When I landed at LAX I was spotted by a fashion blogger who asked if I was a fashion blogger – hahaha noooo “I’m in food” I said. Lol!

My first stop in LA was at Sprouts Market! I love this natural organic grocer! They carry Nelly’s Organic Bars that are wow one of my favorite – refrigerated chocolate nougat bar omg! I had 3 of them since it has been a while. I probably should have stopped at 2 but wow it’s been a while and they are so dreamy, so well put together! Yes, I’ll definitely need to fast tomorrow since I’ve almost gone over all my caloric intake for the day haha!

Afternoon snack: Then I went to Malibu yay to see my friend Jill de Jong! We are celebrating because she is coming out with a book “Models Do Eat” and it’s been years brainstorming! I’m so proud of her and also I am so honored to have contributed a chapter to the book! I share some recipes that you haven’t really seen yet! One of them is a Hu Kitchen Chocolate Hazelnut Cashew Cheesecake. You can pre-order the book now on Amazon woo!

Dinner: After watching the most stunning sunset since Bali, we went to Malibu Farm for dinner, a farm to table restaurant. Wow, the decor is beautiful and warming and festive and the food is packed with exciting flavor – absolutely wow! Highly recommend! We shared 3 plates: the Zucchini Crust Pizza, the Swedish Meatballs and the Chicken Broccoli Quesadilla. Holy guacamole! The quesadilla was outstanding and meatballs coming in next – pleazzzzze try these if you go to Malibu Farm! We had tea after dinner – I had lemon and ginger.

Before dinner we had a green drink I made with water and Phresh Greens.
