Breakfast: no breakfast today as I fasted until 1:30pm.

Lunch:  my first food of the day was 2 tablespoons of Sunbutter (after opening my Vitacost haul!) Love this sunflower seed butter, such a great taste and nice and healthy! There have so many health benefits woo! Then I had some Hu Kitchen Chocolate the hazelnut flavor, and some Jem’s Cashew almond butter, and 4 packs of Yum Earth gluten free gummy bears. I had this kind of snacky lunch because was completely busy today and on-the-go.

Dinner: started with a Phresh Greens drink! Gotta make sure to have those greens everyday! And then I made Chicken Noodle Soup, a recipe in my book “10-Minute Recipes“. So healing and comforting and immune boosting and strengthening and nourishing during this New York winter!

Plenty of leftovers for the next few days woo! Put some in the fridge and some in the freezer.

Dessert: was Living Raw truffles! I forgot to take a picture before eating them haha!
