Breakfast: I fasted today until 12:30 so was 2 hours in the fasting zone.

Lunch: Started at the Giving Room, it was a holiday smoothie, the cacao peppermint smoothie! So delicious! With CBD oil. Then I had the xxx green juice. And then had some organic peppermint bark. Heavenly.

Exercise: was a workout at Fitness Advantage! Love this gym on the Northfork, so welcoming and encouraging.

Afternoon snack: after the gym workout was Heavenly Organics chocolate peppermint patties sweetened with honey. And 4 turkey sticks. These turkey sticks by Nick’s Sticks are a great high protein, low carb paleo snack, and great travel snack!

Dinner: was chips and gravy! Haha so Aussie! Organic fries baked in olive oil, with some Redmond salt, and organic gravy. Also had some sweet potato (hand cut) with onion.
