Takeaways for today:
– Christmas can be in our hearts all year round (ideally). It’s the season for being jolly and for giving. As we go back to work let’s remember that we can still rest and enjoy our lives. And be disciplined to eat healthy wholesome foods when we feel like eating junk, and to enjoy the food we were designed to eat… straight from nature!

Breakfast: I started the day with organic peppermint patties! Then we had some organic waffles. These waffles are special waffles made with love from Peter, they do have flour but it’s organic, and they do have butter and dairy (also organic). I usually don’t eat gluten, butter or dairy, but on special occasions, he makes them I do enjoy them! With Vitacost maple syrup (use code: earthdiet for an extra 10% off any products at Vitacost) with organic bacon. And also had a ginger tea to help digest it all and keep inflammation down.
That’s one of the principles of The Earth Diet, if eating gluten and dairy it must be a special occasion, plus organic! That’s the cleanest way to eat it.
Then we opened presents. So excited that I got some new plants and some Hu Chocolate.
Lunch: was some organic peppermint bark (did I mention my life was complete?) hehe! And a Phresh Greens!
Dinner: was leftovers from the Christmas Eve dinner last night wooohooo! Organic roast chicken with gravy and roast potatoes with roast Brussels sprouts and peas.
