I drove in on Friday afternoon and went straight to Bamboo! It’s a new seafood and sushi restaurant in Southampton. All of the seating in the Hamptons is outdoor because of COVID.
Bamboo was amazing wowwww all of the seafood is local (except for the salmon) which we love!
Compliments to Chef John! The cod that I had was from Block Island as well as the tuna, fluke, and sea scallops. They also have Organic edamame!!! And No fake crab, they use local blue crab. The Tuna was from Montauk! Bamboo is also 90% gluten-free and they use Tamari. All sauces are made in house and are all gluten-free. No one can tell the difference! 7 items of 45 aren’t gluten-free which is so awesome!!

On Saturday I started the day with a Barry’s Bootcamp workout with Lauren Monty.
For lunch, I made a brand new recipe! It was my first time making a recipe with Monty’s vegan cashew cheese! It’s a Sweet Potato Red Lentil Pasta Casserole, getting ready for the colder months coming so it’s a nice warming fall meal.
I also made Local, grass-fed burgers!
For dinner, I went to Crow’s Nest for the sunset, wow what a view!
Hu Kitchen Hunks for dessert, of course!
After lunch, I played tennis and brought along my Sunbutter on-the-go pouches! They are my go-to snack when I am doing an activity or on the go all day.
I went to a friend’s place for dinner and we had Local free-range chicken from Long Island on the bbq, some corn, and Monty’s Cashew Cheese dip with crackers for a starter.
On Monday, I started the day with a green juice from Juice Press and soaking in this beautiful view!
I spent the day with friends and had the best Labor Day of my entire life!
Tuesday I started the day with green tea, juice press, and then Sunbutter. Yes, I am eating Sunbutter by the spoonful!
I also spent Tuesday catching up on my pieces featured in Social Life Magazine!
Before I headed out, I stocked up on juice press for a long road trip.
