This Mixed Berry Smoothie packs fruity taste in each sip, and is full of amazing nutrients that will fill you up and nourish your body!
MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE
Time: 10 minutes / Serves: 1
2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed (7–10 oranges)
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
Put all the ingredients in your blender.
Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency, then drink.
Suggestions to Add:
¼ cup blackberries
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup goji berries
1 tablespoon almond butter, for more protein
1 teaspoon of macca powder, for additional health benefits
1 tablespoon flaxseeds or flaxseed oil for more benefits
Get closer to nature by squeezing the oranges by hand.
If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add more liquid—either more orange juice, or some water or crushed ice.
