It’s a lifestyle with principles where we focus on nature and what nature provides for us. The first part of The Earth Diet book talks about my story from how my wake up call forced me to change my

diet and find healthier recipes to my favorite junk foods. I also show how to read ingredient labels, and which chemicals to look out for in our foods, skincare products and household products.

I understand how hard it is to find the time to take care of yourself; to keep up with my fast-paced life, I indulged in processed convenience foods until I landed in the hospital and could no longer take my health for granted. I kept hearing from readers and clients that one of their biggest obstacle was a lack of time, so I gathered together my favorite recipes and time-saving techniques.

In 10-Minute Recipes, you will find more than 365 recipes (one for every day of the year!) to get into your deit more of the essential vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients your body needs – each of which can be prepared in 10 minutes or less.
