Hi guys! Wow!

It’s the 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of The Earth Diet blog. I almost cannot believe this, 2019 marks ten years since I started TheEarthDiet.blogspot.com on October 24th 2009.

And wow guys what a journey. Some of you have been with me since the beginning! Together we’ve seen the food industry transform in the last decade, and believe me, now is the easiest time to be healthy. When I first started there was hardly any organic brands in the industry, it was hard to travel and find healthy options. But now we have an abundance of healthy restaurants and products that make it so much easier to be healthy.

I’ve also had my health completely transform in the last decade too. It’s been 10 years of me being tumor free, cancer free and healthy!!! True lasting change and healing and transformation takes time, these things can’t be rushed or forced. I’m so excited for the future and for the next 10 years.

Thank you for all your support, if you have been with me from the beginning or just with me recently, I am grateful for your presence and accountability. It truly takes a team! This year I’m most passionate about creating a #CancerFreeWorld because Cancer is not natural, and it’s not something we should accept as normal. We can change it, and diet plays a major role. I am preparing for my new book “Cancer-Free with Food” which comes out in 7 weeks.

I also want to thank the brands I work with you make every day more exciting, to get up and be able to do what I love, to help others live their healthiest life is a true dream come true. Right after school, I studied film & television. I was so passionate about that until I found my way in the health & food industry. That is my biggest love and I’ve dedicated my life to helping others heal and find their way with a natural diet.
