Chia Seed Cereal

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice or
filtered water
Toppings (of your choosing):
Blueberries
Flax meal
Hempseeds
Organic SunButter
Roasted walnuts
Strawberries

Actions:
Place the chia seeds and liquid into a cereal
bowl. Soak for 10 minutes.
Add the toppings and eat.

Tip:
• For sweeter cereal, add 1 teaspoon raw
honey, maple syrup, or chopped dates.
