Daily Greens + Superfoods Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 Tbsp. green superfood powder
- 1 Tbsp. Manuka honey
- 1 handful kale
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
Instructions:
- In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
