Daily Greens + Superfoods Smoothie

Ingredients: 
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flax meal
  • 1 Tbsp. green superfood powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Manuka honey
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado

Instructions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
