Gluten-Free Prawn & Pesto Pasta

Total Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4




  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in blender, combine pesto ingredients; blend well.
  3. In frying pan over medium heat, heat buttery coconut oil and garlic. Cook prawns 4 to 5 minutes, until cooked through. Stir in 1 tablespoon pesto.
  4. Toss together spaghetti and pesto; combine with prawns.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and lemon.
