Homemade Almond Butter Granola

Serves 8-12

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. tigernut flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or SunButter Sunflower Butter
  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. (Note: Mixture should be moist and clump together; add more almond butter or honey if needed.)
  3. Spread mixture on  baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
