Mixed Greens Salad with Sweet & Spicy Vinaigrette

Serves: 1

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 avocado sliced into wedges
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 3/4 cup mung bean sprouts


  1. In bowl, arrange salad ingredients over arugula.
  2. In cup, mix together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad.
