No-Bake Coconut Keto Bars
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Unflavored 100% Plant Protein
- 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Butter Flavor
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. monkfruit
- ¼ cup Milkadamia Macadamia Milk
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Dash Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt
Instructions:

Line baking pan with parchment paper.

In mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press down.

Chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Cut into 12 bars.
