Peanut-Free Thai "Peanut" Noodles (Gluten-Free)

  • 1 cup SunButter Organic Sunflower Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. organic hot sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp. diced ginger
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)


  • 1/2 cup organic cilantro
  • 1 fresh lime
  • Red chili flakes
  • 4 green onions sliced
  1. In frying pan over medium-high heat, heat sesame seed oil and garlic. Add vegetables and sea salt; stir fry until soft. 
  2. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine ingredients for sauce. Pour sauce over vegetables until well covered. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and continue to stir fry until noodles are well covered.
  4. Serve with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, green onions and red pepper, if desired.
