Quinoa-Walnut Crusted Chicken

Total Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4



  • 1 cup walnuts blended into flour consistency
  • 2 Tbsp. uncooked quinoa
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Using buttery coconut oil, grease baking tray.
  2. In large bowl, combine breading ingredients. Working one at a time, dip chicken into breading. If breading doesn’t stick, wet chicken.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
