Strawberry Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk or seed milk
½ cup strawberries
3 seedless dates

Actions:
1. Put all the ingredients in your blender.
2. Mix until well combined, then drink and
enjoy!

Suggestions:
Add 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract.
Add ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt, for
enhanced flavor.
Add 1 banana or crushed ice, to transform
your shake into a smoothie.
