Superfood Kale Salad

Total time: 10 minutes
Makes 3 servings

Ingredients:
1 bunch kale, center ribs and stems
removed (save the stems and ribs for juicing
or eating later)
1 avocado
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
3/4 teaspoon sea salt or 2 teaspoons amino
acids
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons raw or roasted pumpkin
seeds

Actions:
1. Tear the kale leaves into small
pieces and place in a large bowl.
2. Massage the avocado into the
pieces of kale with your fingers,
covering the kale thoroughly with
avocado.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl
and stir, or continue to massage the mixture
with your fingers, until everything is well
combined.

Tip:
• For immune-boosting benefits, add 2
teaspoons garlic powder.
