Sunbutter & Jelly Overnight Oates (Vegan & Gluten-Free)
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Nut Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
- 4 Tbsp. Sunbutter sunflower seed butter
- 4 Tbsp. Crofters Organic Just Fruit Spread or make your own chia seed jam
- In two jars, divide oats, chia seeds and nut milk. Swirl in Sunbutter; top with jelly. Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve with fresh fruit, nuts or granola.
