Vegan Cashew Eggnog
- 5 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Manna
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. Redmond Real Salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- In a blender, combine all ingredients in and process until fully combined and smooth.
- Soak raw cashews for at least an hour for a creamier beverage.
- If desired, top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
