Vegan Coconut Chocolate Mousse (Gluten-Free)
- 6 dates
- 1 can Native Forest Coconut Cream
- 2 Tbsp. pHresh Products Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva MCT Oil
- 1/8 tsp. Redmond Sea Salt
- In blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth.
- Pour mousse into airtight jar and refrigerate overnight.
